Subject: Benz Readiness Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Dear Valued Customer,
Benz continues to closely monitor the evolving situation of COVID-19, we can assure you that our company is taking any and all action to minimize the potential of supply disruption to our customers and are safeguarding the health and well-being of all of our personnel and families.
We have implemented a wide range of proactive measures following all recommendations from the World Health Organization, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and local authorities to help ensure both the safety of our people and business continuity for our customers.
We are not anticipating any supply disruption to your business and Benz will continue with its normal delivery activities. As we are acutely focused on the health and safety of our employees, it’s with an abundance of caution that Benz has implemented travel safeguards to help protect our workforce from potential exposure. We will leverage technology where we can in order to maintain ongoing communication with you our customers.
We do understand that for many of our customers, a level of potential face-to-face interaction may be required during this time for such things as sample pick-up and processing. Our field-based team will be required to seek your approval prior to visiting your site. We remain committed to working with you to find solutions in the absence of our direct presence and welcome your contribution to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome.
